Job Description:

  • Integration of the Supply Chain Excellence framework into the specified site/sites or specific Supply Chain area/areas.
  • Coach, train and support of the applicable Supply Chain practices and tools to improve towards best practice. Including Leading and Managing Change.
  • Ensure the adoption of standards.
  • Relevant site/area audits/assessments and results.
  • Relevant reports and scoreboards are maintained and communicated to ensure progress, monitoring and future learning.
  • Identification and delivery of Supply Chain FI projects.
  • Support the coordinate FI project between Business Improvement office (BI), Supply Chain Excellence and local region or area FI’s.
  • Benchmarking against ‘best in class’ for a value stream, region/areas or process to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Coach, train and support the global supply chain standards implementation in the specified Supply Chain site/area.
  • Ensure alignment with all areas in the site/ area as well as the rest of the Supply Chain.
  • Effective and trusting relationship with the local Supply Chain Management.
  • Identify change management needs and manage expectations.
  • Ensure the Supply Chain Excellence competency of the site/area personnel.
  • Site/area personnel involved and fully engaged in the delivery of Supply Chain Excellence.


  • BEng Industrial Engineering or Equivalent.
  • 5 Years Supply Chain experience
