Job Description:

  • The primary responsibilities identified in this position are to professionally conduct Group Operational Functions to contribute to the growth and profitability of the Group.  It includes all matters relating to the smooth operation of the company in terms of the management of inventory, HR, suppliers and IT.
  • It also includes the investigating, implementing and control of all company policies and procedures to ensure sustainable growth and profit within the company, with adherence to good Corporate Governance.
  • This position holds the responsibility of all the operational day-to-day issues in Namibia, Swaziland and Botswana.
  • To adhere to all company and group policies & procedures; managing the work efficiently and effectively and applying high standards as set by the Group.
  • To satisfy the identified need of the stakeholders of the Company.
  • Motivate colleagues to positively participate in the company’s activities and to develop own skills and abilities within the organization. Create and keep good relations with colleagues and all stakeholders of the company.

Qualifications:

  • A results orientated person with a proven performance track record
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a senior manager position in the hospitality industry (preferably a franchised environment or at least multiple operations)
  • A team player with good interpersonal skills with the ability to build a high performance team
