Job Description:

  • Sales - responsible for all aspects of revenue generation from sales of products and services, development of long term sales operation and sales team for South African and African markets
  • Marketing - develop and manage marketing strategy to include trade show attendance, digital marketing, website and maintenance for South Africa and global markets
  • Business Development - develop and manage key partnerships utilised for sales channels, deployment and training relations, product development
  • Services - identify, develop and grow as a revenue producing line of business services such as development, implementation, support and consulting services (client relations) as opportunities are identified moving forward
  • Work closely with Infocare SA Management and align with Infocare Group to identify new opportunities and enhancements based on client feedback, performance, etc.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in the relevant discipline, in this case in information systems and/or clinical processes and/or sales.
  • A minimum of 10 years experience in Business Development in the medical and clinical services industry.
  • Experience / extensive abilities in IT related Sales Initiatives
  • Proven ability to acquire and build strong client base within new markets, planning and penetrating each account to the fullest extent
  • Enthusiastic and driven personality with the intellectual know-how to act as a valuable business partner.
  • Proven success in sales ability and demonstrable full knowledge of the sales process
  • Strong clinical / medical skills
  • Strong technical / IT skills
  • Strong client management skills
  • Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions
  • Positive and determined approach to researching and analyzing new business opportunities
  • Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail
  • Excellent written communication skills, with experience in proposal creation.
  • Ability to network and nurture leads
  • Highly motivated to meet/exceed targets and excel
