Job Description:

  • Reviewing and re-organising FICA and due diligence processes
  • Requesting & checking of client FICA             
  • Filing & saving of client Agreements & FICA
  • Opening of client accounts with 3rd parties
  • Sending all original FICA & Account opening forms to the different 3rd parties
  • Keeping client company secretarial files up to date, drafting basic resolutions etc.
  • Requesting monthly statements from 3rd parties
  • Compiling client monthly statements (in Excel)
  • Performance calculations
  • Typing Client Meeting Minutes from notes provided by the Private Client Consultant
  • Supporting Private Client team by way of administrative support


  • BCom Degree
  • Firm FICA knowledge and have strong numerical and excel abilities
  • A candidate with an understanding of and background in company secretarial work would also have preference.
